Tousen Manufactured thermal pad, also known as a thermal interface pad or heat transfer pad, is a type of thermal interface material (TIM). It is designed to fill the gaps and irregularities between two surfaces, such as a heat-generating component (like a CPU or a GPU) and a heat sink.
 
Thermal pads are typically made from a silicone oil and a soft, compressible silicone material that has good thermal conductivity. Which allows them to effectively transfer heat from the heat source to the heat sink, improving the overall thermal management of the system. They are often composed of a matrix of polymers or elastomers filled with thermally conductive particles like aluminum oxide, boron nitride, or zinc oxide.
 
These thermal conductive pads come in various thicknesses, shapes, and sizes to accommodate different applications.
