About Thermal Silicone Pad 

A thermal conductive silicone pad, also known as a heat dissipating silicone pad or thermal interface material (TIM), is a soft, flexible, and electrically insulating component designed to improve heat transfer between heat-generating components (e.g., CPUs, power modules, LEDs) and heat sinks or cooling surfaces. Made from silicone rubber filled with thermal conductive fillers (such as aluminum oxide, boron nitride, or zinc oxide), it effectively bridges air gaps that would otherwise hinder heat dissipation, thus enhancing the reliability and lifespan of electronic devices.
