TSAD90 is a gray, thixotropic, non-curing thermally conductive compound designed to deliver superior heat dissipation for high-power electronic devices. Formulated with a siloxane polymer matrix and highly conductive fillers, it ensures optimal thermal transfer between heat-generating components (e.g., MPUs, power modules) and heat sinks or chassis.
