Usage Instructions
* Clean Surfaces: Ensure that the contact surfaces of the heat source and the heatsink are clean and dry.
* Cut to Size: Cut the thermal pad to the required size.
* Position the Pad: Use a suction pen or tweezers to place the thermal pad at the center of the heat source and heatsink.
* Secure Heatsink: Press the heatsink firmly and tighten the screws. When the heat source temperature exceeds 45°C, the metal pad will partially phase change, creating excellent thermal contact.
Storage Conditions
* Temperature and Humidity: Store in a shaded area at room temperature below 30°C, with a relative humidity of 40%-60%.
* Sealing: Keep the pads sealed or vacuum-packed, and it is recommended to use them within 3 months.
