About Thermal Silicone Paste  

Thermal conductive silicone grease, commonly called thermal paste, is a heat-transmitting compound. It fills micro-gaps betwee high-heat components (e.g., CPU, GPU) and heat sinks/fans, eliminating air pockets that hinder heat transfer. Composed of silicone base oil and metal oxide fillers (like zinc oxide, aluminum oxide), it offers high thermal conductivity (0.5-15 W/m·K), lowthermal resistance, and electrical insulation.

Usage Method

1.Clean the surface of the CPU/GPU and the heatsink with a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol.

2.Apply a small amount of thermal
paste onto the center of the CPU/GPU surface.

3.Place the heatsink on top of the CPU/GPU and press down firmly to spread the paste evenly.

4.Secure the heatsink and ensure it is properly installed.
