Tousen SP series thermally conductive phase change materials are solid at room temperature for easy assembly and use; when the temperature reaches the phase change temperature of 45-55°C, they begin to melt hot and soften into a liquid state. Compared with traditional thermally conductive silicone sheet, this product has good wettability similar to thermally conductive silicone grease, and can effectively fill the gap between heat sinks and electronic devices. It can be moulded and cut into any shape according to customer's requirement. The product is self-adhesive, easy to operate and highly reliable.
