SPA-SP035 is a boron nitride-filled silicone elastomer with high thermal conductivity, high breakdown voltage, low density, and low dielectric properties. SPA-SP035 highly thermal conductivity insulation material pad , which with the similar working performance to SF2000 Sil-Pad. It is ultra thin and flexible with high strength,can be back glue, with its own viscosity, which can meet the thermal management requirements in the applications such as electric vehicle batteries and electronic packaging
